Our Accommodation
The Ultimate Coastal Camp Experience from Dusk to Dawn
CYC Blue Lagoon offers comfortable accommodation just steps from the beach, giving every group a true Tasmanian coastal experience. Dormitory-style wings, leader rooms & apartment and flexible layouts make it easy to host schools, churches, and community groups of all sizes — all within walking distance of Park Beach and Red Ochre Beach.
Tiger Head Block
Eight heated rooms for up to 40 guests are split evenly across two wings, each including an ensuited leader room, three bunk rooms (4, 6 and 8 beds) sharing a bathroom and wheelchair-accessible.
Red Ochre Block
Eight heated rooms for up to 40 guests are split evenly across two wings, each including an ensuited room for two (typically for teachers or leaders) and three bunk rooms (4, 6 and 8 beds) sharing a bathroom.
Apartment
An apartment for up to 6 guests featuring a queen bedroom, a second bedroom with two bunk beds, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom & washing machine.
Office Quarters
Often used to accommodate coach drivers for larger groups, this room sleeps two and includes a bunk bed, adjoining kitchenette and bathroom.

Function/Breakout Room
A versatile space seating up to 120, perfect for workshops, presentations or group gatherings. It also doubles as a comfortable venue for movie nights or social activities.
Catering Service
Blue Lagoon's in-house catering prepares full, hearty meals for large groups that cater to various dietary needs.
Onsite Activities
Guests can enjoy a range of programmed activities, including a initiative course, archery, abseiling tower and indoor and outdoor sports facilities.

charge. We provide a commercial kitchen (including outdoor BBQ), fridge / freezer and access to our
cooking / serving utensils.
We accommodated for a wide range of diets including: Anaphylactic, Vegan, Celiac, Halal, and other
intolerances.
The Bay Room has a projector and sound equipment (including 2 microphones). We also have a
portable 55-inch portable TV.
Yes, we offer a large range of activities that are charged depending on the number of Blue Lagoon
staff required and their qualification level.
You will never share accommodation or showering facilities with other groups. We can
accommodate up 3 groups on site. When deciding what groups to host at the same time we take
into consideration: group type / size, age of guest and many other factors. We make an effort to
ensure group are kept separate.
